Wedding Time - Bring the Aloe?

That's right, its my turn to put my Aloe where my mouth is. I get married in January of '11 and I HAVE to drop a few pounds to be the bride I envision.

The Reason
Now to be honest I see heavier brides and I am bummed for them. Oh I know, it may be mean, or vain but I do not want to be that girl; thinking for the rest of my life when I look at my wedding photos, I should worked out harder and ate better before my wedding. Not to mention fitting into your wedding dress!
So after a fitting with my friend at the local Alfred Angelo, I sat watching a rather heavy girl squeeze into a size 18, I thought, that's it I won't do that to myself. I want to look my best, feel my best and have my future husband drool when I walk up the isle.
Now let's get one thing straight, I am not a big girl - by any means. I am petite but I think I could drop 5-8 pounds of love and look much better... I mean, I rather drop them and keep them off than hold on for no good reason! Even I have been on and off my Aloe Control. I won't deny it gets taxing taking something every day but now is the time to get it on! So, BRING ON THE ALOE CONTROL!!

As I have said in many blogs before, Aloe Control really does work. 1) The aloe helps you eliminate, cleaning out all the junk you have stored in your body. 2) It fills you up with nutrients, minerals and vitamins your body is probably lacking and 3) the awesome ingredients in Aloe Control helps curve your appetite without the crappy feeling of being hungry and grouchy. Yeah, I've tried other products, eh like SlimFast (great picture for their product though) too bad the actual drink makes you hungrier than not.
I am a big fan of the natural ingredients - no chemicals!!

The Plan
The plan from now until January will be simple, keep working out, eat less, drink more water and take my aloe control every day three times a day. The little mini bottles help to keep in my lunch bag at work or in my desk. I have the discipline for the work out, no problem getting up at 5:30 to run 3-5 miles every other day, and in between hitting the gym. The eating will be the challenge and that's where the aloe control comes into play! I also recommend those of you who can afford it, get a trainer who will teach you how to work certain areas of your body and will show you how to maintain your work out plan without hitting a wall.

The Goal
The goal is to drop no less than 5 and no more that 10 pounds by December 31st. Working out, eating right and less will work along with my Aloe Control! Don't believe me? Try it. Don't be the fat bride! I'll keep you posted and we'll see if I can have my size 6 dress taken into a size 4 by December!
